Incident

WiComply’s Incident App simplifies your responses to any type of event, reducing the time, cost and complexity involved with capturing, managing and reporting events in real-time.

As a streamlined incident management and notification system you can confidently identify, sort and retrieve all relevant information which, when integrated with WiComply’s Location module, can present an instant geospatial representation of the situation through colour coded symbols reflected on a map.

Key Features

Location Intelligence

When submitting a form, WiComply captures the physical location of the User. If the form contains an address field, the User has the option to select their current location or manually enter the location address, which can be automatically geocoded with latitude and longitude details. When combined with WiComply’s Location Module, all data is plotted on a map for meaningful situational awareness of events.

Intelligent location capabilities also facilitate User interactivity by presenting them with operational information, incident forms, compliance checklists, response guidelines and other documents applicable to their current physical location. Forms can also be locked, so that they can only be completed when a User is at a specific location, further enhancing your security and compliance needs.

Mobile App

With the advances of smart device technology and increasingly mobile teams, people expect immediate access to accurate and relevant operational information wherever they are. That means the right information must be available at the right time, on the right device, and personalised to the individual.

WiComply delivers on this need through both an intuitive web client and device specific applications that deliver information and functionality to Users that is specific to their organisation meaning that remote data capturing reflects organisational processes accurately.

Offline Confidence

When using WiComply's native iOS and Android Apps, Users can confidently capture information offline.   Any data captured in the App is securely sent to WiComply's severs as soon as the device regains connection to a network providing the ideal solution to ensure that key functions can be still completed on the go, in the field, and in an easy to use format.

Form Builder

Online forms facilitate valuable regulatory and compliance documentation, while eliminating uncertainty around information collection. They serve to compliment audit logs, capturing form data, file attachments and recordings of locality, dates and times.

Creating forms is simplified through a visual form designer utilising drag and drop fields such as text, drop down lists, checkboxes, locality selectors, time capture, e-signature panels and more.

When a form is submitted, it automatically alerts the people who need to process or view the completed form. Authorised Users can track the status of the form and access information when needed.

Form settings enable advanced exception reporting and customised workflows through conditional logic.

Document Management Centre

WiComply provides a sophisticated document management, search and versioning system enabling you to locate relevant documents quickly.

Beyond simple document storage, WiComply can turn passive documents into active plans, providing a single solution to both planning and execution. Interlinking with form building capabilities, teams are equipped with the right plans, documents, maps, images, links and other files needed no matter where they are in the world.

Documents and files can be associated with individual form submissions as well as separately contained within your WiComply library.

Where authorised, reference material can also be accessible via document management centre hyperlinks facilitating operational guidelines, incident management, compliance and response information material to external parties.

Flexible User Management

With WiComply's User management feature, you have precise control over who can access information, what actions can be performed and by who as a result of this information access, and on which devices and from where these actions can be executed.

Out of the box, WiComply comes with predefined roles that handle all three dimensions of permissioning. Administrators can further modify all permissioning and visibility rules ensuring bespoke customisation to fit your existing processes/roles.

WiComply can also be integrated with your existing Active Directory/LDAP server to streamline the user login process and to automate administrative tasks.
